This sense of loss is an invitation to return to what matters most; that is, to spend time pondering the truth that God, others, and ourselves are dimensions of one vast mystery. This retreat is an opportunity to focus on elements of the spiritual life such as silence, solitude, prayer, and simplicity in an attempt to reconnect with our soul and to regain our spiritual balance.
